What We’re Seeing in the New Regs: Charity Fees

OPM’s proposal to charge charities an upfront, find non-refundable application fee appears to have drawn more comments – and more opposition – than any other suggested change to the CFC. The elimination of LFCCs, PCFOs, and the printed directory also appear to have generated a great deal of concern.
